I agree it is due to the economic crises. However, the problem is only exacerbated by bailout schemes that benefit the entities (government and financial institutions) that cause the debacle. We need a return to fundamentally sound business practices in the US and less worrying about how things look to bureaucrats who are serving there own special interests.
